So some enthusiasm has been raised for the formation of a secondary progression team. This group will have the same rules and regulations as the first, and will do comparable content, but will be at a different day and time and have different players/characters. Players on the first team may sign up for the second, but must be able to commit to both in that case.
Must use MumbleandStarParse. Mumble information is (label) Space Cowboys, (address) mumble.OutlawAlliance.com, and (port) 2112; StarParse raid info is (name) Cowboys, and (password) yeehaw. StarParse is used to find potential weak links in the ops group, identify problems, and help our group grow stronger. This doesn't mean if you don't pull high enough DPS we'll kick you out, but it does mean we'll work on it with you and help you, whether that means gear runs or working with you on your rotation.
Players must be comfortable with their class and confident they are able to pull DPS/heals/threat necessary.
Gear must be 216s with augments, at least mostly.
No drama will be tolerated. These are more serious, difficult raids intended to satisfy our less casual players, but all the same there will be goofing off and there will be failure -- these two things cannot be turned into drama. If you find yourself continually becoming overly frustrated or lashing out at other players, you may need to instate a break for yourself, or you might find yourself being forcibly removed. There is a reason for our "blame Andarta" rule. Please note that this doesn't mean you can't be frustrated! Just keep it reasonable and stay on track.
Sign up below with up to 3 characters and/or roles you'd be interested in providing, as well as times/days that work for you!

Since I'm already on two progression teams, I'm not gung-ho about joining a third but I do want to help get this off the ground. I'll fill in until someone can take my spot. I'll pick a character once I know what everyone else is rolling with so as to maybe get another raid buff in the group or offer some other utility. Preferred roles are Tank > Damage > Heal.
I am interested as a Tank (Shinxuga). Unfortunately, he's my only (viable) raid character, so I'd have to be a tank.
I have all requisite gear. I have requisite skills. I have requisite temperament.
Sundays would be best. (I could come nearly any Sunday eve.)
Mondays are good (unless we have PvP night!). Other weekday evenings are usually ok, though I have a part time job in the evenings that finishes at usually 9pm cst, which, with raids moving up an hour, would make me unable to join that week. The schedule isn't consistent, but I'd know a couple weeks in advance.

My hubby aggro would be through the roof if I joined another raid night but GOTEAM! I would love to DPS on Kalabria but that would only fly if you were prog raiding during the Saturday night casual run.
My only other alt that's anywhere near close to being geared would be Physchellia (combat sentinel) and she's obviously locked to DPS. Problem is my schedule is probably going to be all over the place starting in March (especially since I'll be heading down to San Fran for GDC the week of Mar. 14) and with almost expected crunch time at work so it might be better to consider me as a sub for a second group.
Anyways, probably work best for me but my schedule can change randomly from week to week. Like I said above I'm ok being a sub, especially since I seem to hog healing spots during our other ops nights anyways.
hi this is luke, vendeck invited me, and I am interested in doing prog with you guys, I'd prefer to heal on raclos scoundrel, or jadinne commando, or secondary, jack-slinger dps, if not ok, good to be here :)

It looks like Monday night might actually be best. As I mentioned before though. I am more interested in switching then being in both. I never intended to tank I sorta just fell into it and I see this as a way to switch to what I had originally wanted to do, dps.
With that said I've called upon Aella and he is able to help out in either team if it is Monday or Tuesday. So my idea is that shinxuga, if he is available on Tuesday, would take my spot on that team. Then Aella would tank on this team, if Monday is selected.
So shinxuga would that be ok?
For everyone else does Monday night sound good? Probably around 9 pm.
If Shin moves to Tuesday, I'm going to need to get my Vanguard up. I don't think progging with two Guards is going to be the best balance to the team. While I'd far rather tank on Kam, at least Quin would have a full prog set right away as I could legacy my PT tank gear over (minus the awesome "left" side things).
